Communication Preferences

The Bhojpur Consulting runs entirely on the Cloud-hosted Zoho One platform, which automates a wide range of business processes and communication for us. We utilise mobile-enabled and/or web-based Content Management System, Cloud Telephony System, Marketing Automation System, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management System, Issue Tracking System, Financial Accounting System, Subscription Management System, Expense Management System, Learning Management System, Remote Assistance System, Recruitment Management System, Human Resource Management, etc. managing different activities or tasks. All of our employees can access information from anywhere, anytime. Unless pre-approved by the our authorities officially due to contractual commitments, any work-related communications should be limited to our official working hours only. We encourage everyone to maintain work and life balance.

We apply different modes of communication depending on the needs of our clients or partners. We follow a simple list of business rules or policies mentioned below.

Message Exchange - for immediate attention
  1. Email - we conduct majority of our business communication using Emails. Typically, all of our employees have access to a Microsoft Office 365 or Zoho One plans.
  2. Chat - we encourage use of our official channels for Text Chat
  3. SMS - we prefer to receive SMS through our official channels only 
Document Exchange - for descriptive information
  1. Microsoft Office 365 - we encourage all the parties (e.g. staff, clients, partners) to leverage Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint for sharing any information with stakeholders.
  2. Google Workspace -  we encourage all the parties (e.g. staff, clients, partners, ) to leverage Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, etc. for sharing any information with stakeholders.
  3. Zoho One - we encourage all the parties (e.g. staff, clients, partners, ) to leverage Zoho Docs, Sheet, Show, Forms, etc. for sharing any information with stakeholders.
  4. Email - we conduct majority of our business communication using Emails. Therefore, one can attach required documents, but please make sure that it is virus free.
  5. Fax - we discourage use of facsimile unless necessarily required. However, we have subscribes to international fax services that send us all the document in Email form.
  6. Postal - aligned with our Green Computing policies, we discourage the use of paper printed content to save trees. However, it is acceptable, if necessary, due to regulatory compliance needs of printed contents.
Telephonic Conversation - for immediate attention
  1. Voice Call - we conduct majority of our voice communication using Cloud-hosted PBX, which enables us with the Call Recording capabilities and call detail records, if needed.
Virtual Conferencing
- for chat or presentation
  1. Google Meet or Hangouts - we use a paid subscription of the Google Hangouts for official communication. A given meeting can accommodate multiple users simultaneously. 
  2. Skype for Business - we use a paid subscription of the Microsoft Skype for Business for all of our official communication. A given meeting can accommodate multiple users simultaneously. 
  3. Zoho Meetings - we use a paid subscription of the Zoho Meetings for official communication. A given meeting can accommodate multiple users simultaneously. 
  4. Other Messengers - we discourage any use of free messenger applications (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, etc) for any official communication.
Trainings / Webinars - for chat or presentation
  1. Google Hangouts on Air - we use a paid subscription of the Google Hangouts on Air for official communication. A given webinar can accommodate multiple users simultaneously. 
  2. Zoho Showtime - we use a paid subscription of the Zoho Showtime for official webinars. A given session can accommodate multiple users simultaneously.
Marketplace Communication - for contractual compliance
  1. Email - we discourage using personal Emails for legal reasons
  2. Chat - we encourage use of our Marketplace channels for Text Chat
  3. SMS - we encourage to receive SMS through our official channels only
